  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add well-mashed banana and vanilla to dry ingredients. Work banana in with a fork. Mixture will be thick. If it’s too dry, add a TBS non-dairy milk. Whether this is required or not depends on the size of your bananas.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Cook 12-14 minutes.
