Mesquite-Lime Hummus
I love the smoky tartness of this hummus. I listed ranges for a few ingredients so use what you think would suit your tastes best, i.e. for more heat use 1/4 tsp cayenne. It’s pretty mild with 1/8 tsp. If you don’t have smoked paprika use regular and add 1/4-1/2 tsp liquid smoke.
