Name: Avocado Pepita Sauce
Ingredients: 1 medium avocado; 4 TBS pepitas/pumpkin seeds (toasted); 1/4-1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp cumin; 2-3 TBS lime juice; 1 clove garlic; 1/2 cup water (you may need more if too thick)

Use this yummy sauce any way you would when garnishing with avocado or sour cream.

4TBS pepitas/pumpkin seedstoasted
1/4-1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp cumin
2-3TBS lime juice
1clove garlic
1/2cup wateryou may need more if too thick

Instructions

Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth, adding more water if mixture is too thick.

Recipe Notes

If you happen to have some Bragg’s Aminos, it adds lots of yummy flavor to the toasted seeds. Simply put the seeds in a dry pan and spritz with Bragg’s until coated. Cook, stirring often, until dry and toasted. If you don’t have Bragg’s, just toast the seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for a few minutes until just brown and starting to pop.
