You would never guess this creamy frozen treat: 1) doesn’t contain any type of ice cream 2) doesn’t contain added sugar 3) is good for you! Double recipe if you want to share. Enjoy!

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy. (If you don’t have a high-powered blender, you should soak the dates first for several hours. If you’re like me and want the shake NOW, but haven’t planned ahead, you can steam the dates for 5-10 minutes until soft.)
  2. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and drink!!
