Basil Hummus
Make sure to use fresh basil when making this satisfying, flavorful hummus. Yummy with raw veggies, crackers or right off your finger!
  1. Place all ingredients except basil in food processor or high-powdered blender. Process/blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Stir in basil and refrigerate at least one hour before serving (this isn’t necessary – you can begin eating right away – I just think it tastes best as flavors set a while).
