These are a great addition to salads, sprinkled on top of soups, and especially with the Chickpea Curry Lettuce Wraps. Super easy to make. The only problem with these is that they are difficult to stop eating.
Instructions
- Lay however many almond slices you'd like to use on parchment or foil, for either your toaster oven or regular oven.
- Sprinkle just enough tamari to moisten the almonds and work it in with your hands. There should be just enough to coat, no excess.
- Squeeze a small amount of lime juice over almond slices and toss to coat with your hands. Again, not soupy wet, just enough to coat.
- Bake at 300 for 4-5 minutes.
