This peanut sauce is delicious over steamed veggies, rice noodles, tofu, or even potatoes. Many possibilities!!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup organic creamy peanut butter
- 1/4-1/3 cup water
- 1 clove garlic minced or pressed
- 1.5 TBS tamari or other low-sodium, gluten-free soy sauce
- 1.5 TBS rice vinegar
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- 1/2-1 tsp chili paste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Begin with 1/4 cup water and add more to desired thickness is reached. Adjust ingredients for flavor (i.e. add more maple syrup if you like it sweeter, more chili paste for more heat, etc).
